Great for the price. Easy to unbox and assemble. It does look less plush than in the pictures, with the nap of the fabric being very low-pile. So, it is a little frumpy-looking. Great for a dorm or a spare room, or... Assembly was simple with the provided Allen wrenches. It is comfortable to sit on and should make a comfortable place to sleep.

I bought this on the good reviews. Product is not so good. 1st; lower than I expected. 1. Cushion is not thick enough; I feel the frame when sitting on this. THe material is bunched up on the front making it look cheap. When I asked to return it they said it has to be in original box; yeah right? After I had ripped it appart. I suggest never ordering a piece of furniture online.
Chelery Sticks
The futon looks & feels cheaper than what's shown in the photos. I'm also realizing now that the majority of the positive reviews on this listing are for a completely different piece of furniture because the photos are for various chairs. It will get the job done for what I need, but will likely require a topper if a guest were to actually sleep on it. It also sounds a little "rickety crickety" and likely wouldn't survive if a heavier person were to plop down on it more than a handful of times. I'll eventually upgrade to something else... but for under $200, it will do for now.

Kids love it & it definitely comfortable & folds into all the positions it says it does.Different uses we even used it like a tabletop for littles to play their game on. I’m not 100% thrilled with the priceing if it was about $15 less I would’ve bought another one.

Chair arrived I assembled it I wired it correctly and have to be a total idiot not to be able to do that as everything is color coded I went ahead and lifted the chair when no one in it till it's full height and that's where it stays. The chair will not retract the chair will not go back to a singing position the chair is stuck and the total upright position. Amazon said that I could return the chair but being that it's all the way in the upright position there's no way on Earth I can get that out of my home unless I either tear out part of my walls and or tear the chair to part but right now there's no way any practical way to get this chair out of this home without some severe modification of either the chair or my house. I talked to the company's tech support they were going to call me

My husband got this for my mother and she loves it. Now she can stand up on her own. She says it's very comfortable and we put it together in a snap. I highly recommend this chair to anyone that has a mom or dad that needs help getting up from the chair. Oh it has heat and vibrates too. That's nice in the winter. This chair it totally worth every dime!
