Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC Wireless Earbuds

When I got these, my expectations weren’t really high. Because I’m used to over the ear style headphones. These have more than exceeded what I have expected! I needed something that does dual device support for my laptop and iPhone/iPad, does clear calls that filter out background noise.. music/podcast sound great with crisp highs and lows. They are comfortable, seamlessly connect, battery last all day. I really like that I can mute calls, meetings, from my watch. They are inexpensive and well worth the costs!! They do everything I need since I WFH and on the go.. 10 out of 10, will recommend!!

I actually contacted support because I genuinely thought something was wrong. I did their troubleshooting and that didn’t work. A day later I checked the app for the battery level again and it FINALLY went down 1 bar (there are 5 bars on the battery icon so I can only assume that one bar is worth about 20% of battery. I had one in either ear for 8hrs a day for 3 days. These are quite loud, and I like loud music but they can truly get too loud. Can’t complain really I do enjoy it, this means I only run them at 40-60% volume at any time. I am truly impressed by the battery life, performance and features of the earbuds and case.The ANC is very good. When music is playing I literally cannot hear people speak. All I see is lips moving! The case wirelessly charges, but you won’t need to do that

I've had these earbuds for around 5 months now and I think I can give them a pretty solid review. The earbuds have a great battery life, I only need to charge the case around once per week max and that's with hours of daily wear. I've even fallen asleep with them in (more often than not) and when I wake up, they still have a good amount of battery left.Now for those of us who are unfortunate enough to have small ears, these may not be for us. My ears are small, not crazy small but small enough for most earbuds to be too large and cause uncomfortable pressure. I thought I lost my airpods in an uber (fortunately), but turns out they were fine (unfortunately); in any case, I bought these to try. As a result, I only have first impressions. In any case, I have been looking to push out Apple in every part of my life, and these are the last (besides the earpods, because those are cheap and easy on my head/ears).First, some praise: the app is super easy to install and prepare. There are lots of glowing reviews of these earbuds, and I could add one more to the list. They are indeed great - sound, noise suppression, app features... all exceptional at this price point. But I want to share about Soundcore Customer Service, and how they helped me to find the right ear tips for my (apparently odd) ears.Soundcore supplied four sizes of tips (XS, S, L, and XL) in addition to the medium size that came installed on the earbuds. I guess most folks can find one of those sizes that works in your ears. However, only the XL was even close to working for me. But it required a lot of trial and error to get it to pass a fit test, and then it would not stay in my ear more than a few minutes before it would fall out. I wanted to put these through their paces before reviewing.Sound quality is excelkent in LDAC with 3d surround mode. If you close your eyes you can feel where the different instruments are.So many different equalizer and custom sound profiles that I can't begin to list them all. I like the acoustic preset or a custom eq with a little extra in the mids. Very good bass that sounds like room filling bass instead of ear bass.I once got into the pool and swam underwater to the other side of the pool before realizing they were in. I just set them on the table while i finished swimming and they still work fine. The earbuds are really good for the price. The noise cancellation is pretty good compared to other earbuds around $100. The app, soundcore, is also really good and allows you to choose multiple options for noise, cancellation like what type of transit you were on, set of noise cancellation from one to five, or put on auto with some pretty good wind noise reduction as a toggle.The ear tips are a weird fit, because the tip of the earbud that goes in your ear is a rectangular shaped, so don’t expect your ear tips, the rubber things you put on the earbud, to fit from other brands.The aerofit 100 or similar versions of that product line can fit on this earbud, google that on Reddit for this model for more information, if the ear tips that come with it don’t fit or keep these earbuds in your …

Out of the box, these earbuds are no big deal. But after you install the app and let it test your hearing, WOW!I've spent hundreds on headphones before but I didn't feel like doing it for a set of earbuds when they all seem to break after a few years if you're lucky. After doing the ear test, these buds are _almost_ up there with much more expensive headphones.The only things holding these back from getting five stars are:- I can hear a very very high pitched sound constantly with these buds. It's not loud, but it's there.- The tuning process ended up boosting the highs a bit too much. Singers I know well sound like chipmunks.
